Chief Jonathan Parham (ret.)

Jonathan Parham has three decades of service as a New Jersey public safety official, currently serving as the Police Director of the Rahway Police Department in Rahway, New Jersey.  He also currently serves as Director of County-Wide Police Policy, Planning and Training for Union County Prosecutors Office.  Prior to this, Chief Parham served as Undersheriff for the Union County Sheriff’s Office, and as Chief of Police from 1992 to 2017 for the Linden Police Department in Linden, New Jersey

Chief Parham holds a B.A. and a Master of Administrative Science from Farleigh Dickenson University, and is a graduate of West Point Command & Leadership Academy at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point.
