Times Square Billboard Advertises Police2Peace Initiative

A video billboard in New York City’s Times Square recently made the case for “Peace Officer Promise” promoted by nonprofit Police2Peace organization. The promise asks law enforcement agencies to adopt policies of benign protection and add the words “Peace Officer” to uniforms, vehicles and official materials to enhance the public image of law enforcement.
